Hello guys is this a decent build for 1600x900 gaming on high-ultra setting with average 35fps.
SPECS:
CPU : Intel core i5 4670 @ 3.4ghz boosted up to 3.8ghz
RAM : GSkill 8GB DDR3 1600mhz (4x2)
MotherBoard: Gigabyte H87-D3H
GPU : ASUS Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 DIRECT CU II OC edition
HDD : Seagate 1TB HDD 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache memory
DVD Drive : ASUS 24x optical DVD drive
PSU : Corsair VS650 650 WATTS
Monitor : DELL 20" HD 1600X900

I'll play games like WATCH_DOGS‚ Battlefield 4‚ Crysis 3‚ and I want them to run on high to ultra setting on solid 35fps in average...so is this a decent build? Thanks in advance.

If you can spend a few dollars extra, then look into an i5-4690 and a H97 motherboard. But the one you have will still perform well.

As for the graphics card, get a R9 280 instead, this will save you some money.

As for the PSU, I highly recommend staying away from a tier 3 PSU. Try one from teir 1-2. Here's the list to assist you out.
