psu weird sound

Hi my psu is making a weird sound that only goes if i turn the case horizontaly or if i give a little slap...could it be the fan or something else?
The psu is a decent 400w one, 80% eff, active fpc and it's 1 month old.

Its not a good quality power supply as found in tiers 1, 2a or 2b of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html.

The noise could be the fan or something that's come loose.

my system is: intel celeron g1820 r7 250 and when i play games i don't have restart problems or anything.

i guess i'm sending to warranty, from my knowledge if i open the psu i loose the warranty, anyway thx for your time

Yep good idea if its not too old.Maybe you could leverage a better quality PSU out of it too.
