Hi Everyone,

I recently bought the MSI GTX TF 2GD5 graphics card. When i try to install it, my PC wouldn't go beyond the Asus Logo Screen. It also doesnt let me to enter BIOS by pressing del key. Then after 2-3 minutes it gets to DOS with a blinking cursor. I have tried in both the PCIE slots but couldn't get past the Asus logo screen.
My old graphics card was Zotac 560 se 1GD5 which i still own. This problem was not faced in the old card. Also my BIOS version is 0403.
I have contacted the online site from where i purchased the card. They told that I can only make it work in Windows XP which was ridiculous.
I just wanted to know whether its my MOBO or the card itself which has the problem.

Below are the Specs:

Asus M5A99FX pro r2.0
AMD FX 4100 3.6Ghz Stock clock (BIOS 0403 ver)
Corsair Vengence 4GB
Corsair 600 w PSU
MSI GTX 750Ti TF 2GD5
Windows 7 64bit

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Thanks for your prompt answer...

I have read somewhere that updating BIOS is a "dangerous affair". If that is the last option then will try that!!!

Its quite safe these days, I wouldnt be concerned doing it, just follow the instructions (the motherboard manufacturer will have all the details)
