Hii I want to buy a low end graphic card i am thinking of GT 730 or GT640

but while seeing the specs i get confuse on what should i go for 1 one card has a 64bit memory interface with GDDR5 and other has 128bit memory interface but With GDDR3 i know both are important but how do i decide which one to give priority

I think the GT640 has lower clocks, so it's around 28GB/s of memory bandwidth, vs 40 of the 730.
Get the 730, it's better.

For the 730, get the 64 bit GDDR5 version it's faster than the 128 bit one. Odd how nVidia specced that, but that's how it is.

The 730 is a bit better but if the price is large enough to make a difference, go for the 640. Just make sure it's really GDDR5 and not a typo or someone making a mistake.
