Issues with no display using new graphics card

I built my first ever gaming build yesterday all new parts, specs:

I have the 6+2pin in the 8pin port and a 6pin into the 6pin power ports on the Graphics card but I get no display on my TV using hdmi directly connected into the graphics card.

I can load integrated graphics on the build if i disconnect the Graphics card the fans still spin.

I can't install any graphics drivers as it shows no display on my tv.

Reset the Cmos and i can load the integrated graphics on my monitor with the GPU unplugged from the PSU. as soon as I plug in my GPU again it won't show in device manager so i restart and then i get no display on my monitor plugged into the motherboard or in the GPU its self.

Thanks all for the help turned out it was a simple fix, my two monitors didn't seem to work with the pc, I drove an hour to my mates to check if the card was fucked. He plugged his monitor in and it worked right away, we updated the drives and i noticed he was using a monitor with a VGA to HDMI adapter, he gave me the adapter for my monitor and now it works fine. 300 FPS on CS:GO WOOOOP Thanks for the help sorry to waste your time.
