There is no flat out best can i just say. MSI, XFX, Gigabyte make nice cooling solutions for their card. Though be warned that two fans isnt always better than one (though i prefer two). In addition, just so you know in case you come across one that is cheaper than the other, the r9 270 is basically the same card as the HD 7870. The r9 270x is a little better though not by much. Happy hunting :)

Without much bias, as I do not use AMD GPUs, I can tell you that Sapphire has one of the best, if not the best reputation for quality graphics cards. Asus is also very good, but I personally (if I had to choose) would go for the sapphire.

i choose 750w because it only $14 dollar different i'm from singapore.

Seasonic M12II-620W EVO Modular 80+ (5Yrs)-$115
Seasonic M12II-750W EVO Modular 80+ (5Yrs)-$129
**Others full modular PSU price tag it too high haha.........179++next option Seasonic X Series 650W Modular Gold PSU...179

Guess i will choose between these

MSI R9 270 TF Gaming OC 2GB DDR5.......289
PowerColor TurboDuo R9 270 2GB GDDR5 OC......269
Sapphire R9 270X Vapor-X 2GB DDR5 OC Boost..300
Sapphire R9 270X Toxic 2GB DDR5...........319
MSI R9 280 Gaming 3GB DDR5 OC Edition...339

thanks all for the feedback and advice most likely i will go for MSI R9 270 TF Gaming OC 2GB DDR5 or Sapphire R9 270X Vapor-X 2GB DDR5 OC Boost.Sadly to say in singapore beside MSI R9 270 TF Gaming OC and PowerColor TurboDuo R9 270 2GB GDDR5 OC there is no other brand of R9 270...

When you choose AMD over Nvidia your primary concern is a small but potentially impactful increase in temperature. Therefore one of your first considerations should be which non-reference brand has the best cooling system.

Sapphire is a top notch choice.

You do not need an after market cooler. The vapor-x is probably the best cooler you will find for air cooling.

The statement that non-reference AMD cards run hotter is untrue. All you need to do is look at benchmarks and reviews to see this. AMD and Nvidia non-reference cards are on par with each other as far as temps and noise.

"On par" is a broad term but I would say that being on par with something that does a sub par job is not really the right target to shoot for. I will say, begrudgingly, that reference to reference AMD and Nvidia are equally shit at their jobs. But I'm glad that they are because the non reference cards compete so heavily we end up with some GNARLY shit!

Good luck with your build mate!
