hello, I want to buy a PSU which can handle my system and a cabinet which can fit following components without any probs

AMD Fx8320 ( Hyper 212x adding soon )
Asus M5a97 EVO R2.0
Corsair GS600/Seasonic S12 620 (buying soon as CX500 is dead )
MSI 7870 Twin Frozr iii
2x2gb corsair xms ram sticks + 2x2gb dynet ram sticks

i was thinking for cooler master n300 but the transparent model is not available in India so i was wondering if CM K380 or corsair spec 03 will be able to fit all those components specially CPU Cooler without probs and with decent airflow and cooling or i have to compromise and have to buy cabinet without transparent side panel ? my budget is around 4k INR which is 65$.

So please suggest me a cabinet and psu. i had Corsair CX500v2 but it died when i tried to switch on pc yesterday.

Thanks.

PS : Sorry for my english.

sorry but i don't know much side fan as in extra side fan on cooler i.e. multiple fan setup or the fan that comes out of the box in cooler ?

sorry for my english :(

Btw i was looking on some sites and i found this one available i'm an indian and that site can deliver to my home with Cash On delivery option so is this a good case ?

http://www.snapdeal.com/product/cooler-master-elite-431-w/541758

and i was also thinking to go for HAF912 with transparent panel to avoid problem of space and cable management so is it worth spending extra 2000 INR for HAF912 or should i go for cheap cabinet + 212 cooler ?? because if i'll buy costly cabinet then i'll have to wait some time and save for cooler. Currently CPU's Idle temp is 43C around and my case is too small it can't fit stuffs so i've kept it open from a side and i had to underclock it else it reaches 71C while gaming so i'm worried about cooling.

Thanks.
