Memory management BSOD

Hey , well I have got a problem and It seems that I can't find a solution searching the internet .
The problem is that every time I boot my pc It crashes after booting the desktop with the crash error MEMORY_MANAGEMENT 0x00001a .
I've tried windows memory diagnostic tool without success .

My specs
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
Intel pentuim dual core e5200
4 gb ram
Nvidia geforce 610

Any help will be appreciated
p.s( I' am kinda of a noob regarding dmp files and etc )

Thank for your answer but as It seems this problem didn't appear after resting my PC for while then remove the ram re-attach them
now I have BSOD error message driver irql less or equal all caps no spaces .
and also a BSOD with no error message

Did you run memtest? It is a pre-boot program that runs from a cd or usb thumb drive. Your error is memory related and this will tell you if it is your system memory or not. If not i would blame your graphics card.
