I was wondering if this is a good PC build for the cost,Ill be using it for PC Gaming and Live Streaming
Games ill .be playing are Dark Souls 1 and 2,Bioshock Infinite,all Total Wars,and Battlefield 4
my old PC died but Both Harddrives and DVD Drive are salvageable.
on the old build some games i streamed 720p some 480p

No its not.

1. VERY bad choice in Power supply.
2. The GTX 650 is not a cost effective upgrade from an HD7750.
3. REALLY bad motherboard choice, get a 970 chipset motherboard, NOT an 760G chipset.
4. The RAM is overpriced too and may interfere with the CPU cooler.

i believe the Motherboard Died,both HDD's ,DVD/R Drive and Power suppy are still fuctioning,GPU died and Motherboard

Next time, export the parts list in PCPartpicker and then choose BBCode and copy/paste the output here. :)

This can save you some money.

1. You don't need DDR3-1866 memory, DDR3-1600 will suffice since you have a discrete GPU.
2. I'm really not convinced that the GPU is the best value for money. The AMD 7770/R7 250X is in that price range and I think they may outperform the GTX 650. I will defer to a better graphics expert, though.
3. The PSU was crap, I got you a better (not good, just better) PSU.
