Well, first of all, you need to install an operating system like Windows or Linux after buying the computer. After that's done you need to install its drivers and from there on out I'd say you'll only be able to use the machine for older games with non-demanding requirements and possibly newer online and 2D ones.

starcraft 2 at lowest configuration, world of warcraft at lowest too. Simcity and that is pretty much all you can play

You can play old games like 2007-2008 and before, you can use it to play with emulator also.
