Hi guys ! As the title says that i wanna build a £300 gaming pc, and I want it not to exceed the price limit, mostly I would be gaming on it, browsing the internet, doing a little video editing and a little photoshop, as I am only 13 years old. So you could understand that my main need is gaming, then web rendering and browsing, I would be doing a VERY little photoshop and editing and not too cpu intensive, I want an excellent and pretty descent build cause I would be keeping it for almost a year or two, Oh yeah! the games I play are FPS and open world like BF4, Titanfall, Assassin's Creed, Watch Dogs, Fifa 15, Metro: Last Light, Crysis 3 and other upcoming games like AC Unity, Farcry 4, The crew and others ! So I want descent framerates of more than 35 FPS and it would be great to have more than 40 FPS.
I was recently researching amd r9 280 and it is quite good than gtx 760 which I was liking before.
4gb 1600 mhz memory would be fine for me and would really be a headstart cause currently i have a DDR2 4gb 800 something. I know that I have a pretty outdated rig right now.
Yeah ! 250 gb of storage would be enough for me.
I have a single 900 x 1600 pivel display.
Thanks guys in advance, any help would be highly appreciated from me :)

I wont have enough for a budget build to fill some of those specifications.... Can you opt up for 100 dollars more? I'll see what i can do... since a GPU to handle what you want is atleast 100 dollars that is 1/3 of your budget right there...

Here is a nice build for Intel/Nvidia type of budget build. It has decent features, has alot of place for future upgrade and is small and quiet.

Is it a thin tower or standard width tower? You might be able to do some cheap upgrades to your current system, to hold you over till you can get a better setup.

This would be about 260. You could go higher on the gpu, which I would recommend, and reuse it in a new system later, along with the PSU and HDD.

You would be better off upgrading your current system, than using that, to be honest. That is if your system isn't a slim tower version. This would meet your max budget, with that CPU on ebay. Just verify you have the room in your case to handle it.

If your system is standard tower, and can handle the length of the GPU, I would go this route, then start saving for a better CPU, MB, RAM, and case. If your DVD drive is sata, it can be reused too.

You should go with intel. The new integrated graphics is surprisingly effective for low to mid gaming rigs. And when you'll have the money for a decent graphic card, you'll just have to plug it in the mobo.

Why would you upgrade your build that fast? I don't see the point in building a rig you will change in a year or two.

I'm just telling you that the new Pentium series are great cpu and have decent graphics integrated in it. You could last with that for 6 months / a year and stack money to upgrade with true dedicated graphic card that's worth the price. I think it's a nice way to build a reliable rig with plenty of upgrade possibilities.
