Accidental PXE Boot

Hello peeps,

Last night I was in the middle of reinstalling my windows (got up to reallocating the space on my ssd) when I gave up, shut down my pc and went to sleep. This morning when I turned my pc on, it automatically booted up using PXE boot.

During this process it showed me my MAC address and GUID and (i assume) it started searching for a DHCP server. The message:
"DHCP... (loading twiggly animation)"

Then it stopped and showed me this message:
"PXE-E53: No Boot Filename Received"

This was expected since I do not have a DHCP server set up as far as i know.
After failing to boot (since none of my other drives have windows installed yet), I went straight to the BIOS and disabled "PXE OPROM" and now it doesn't indicate PXE boot in the boot menu and boots normally.

I would like to know if there are any vulnerabilities that may have arisen from this boot. By this i mean if there are any security related problems such as rogue/malicious DHCP servers or if some of my files in my data drives have been accessed without me knowing.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

So absolutely no need to worry about things like permanent file modifications to my data drives (although highly unlikely)?

If so, I should be able to safely continue to install my windows right?

Sorry, I have a tendency to assume worst case scenarios.

Thanks
