Can Pentium 4 run any games?

I'm guessing you looked this up first but in case you didn't here are the minimum requirements to play minecraft:

Minimum Requirements:
CPU : Intel P4/NetBurst Architecture or its AMD Equivalent (AMD K7)
RAM : 2GB.
GPU : Intel GMA 950 or AMD Equivalent.
HDD : At least 90MB for Game Core and Sound Files.
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 or up is required to be able to run the game.
The HD 5450 is more than capable of playing the game as is demonstrated by this video:

Whether you may or may not get a solid 60fps is another question. Simply put your system with that gpu can play a number of games including minecraft but again a solid 60fps or not your mileage will vary depending on the game(s). In the details of the video he is using a stronger cpu w 4GB of ram at 720p and is getting 30+fps which is still very playable.
So basically, yes, you an play a game like minecraft and your system specs meet the minimum requirements and in fact your gpu meets the recommended requirements.

You could run Battlezone or HeavyGear and I even was able to play Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour on my old Pentium 4 system years ago.
Thanks guys, i dont need to just run it though. The reason I specified 60+ Fps is because I play in very intensive enviroments, like water flowing all over the place and alot fences. So 30Fps in these areas would be amazing for me but ive noticed all the videos are 30fps in the wilderness where its not intensive.

My dads was a single core with hypertherded @ 3.2ghz or so it was getting about 9-36 but it was ungenerated world and it was a quick test I wasn't realy supposed to just curious what it could do if minecraft is your only goal get a used exon for 100-150 it would have win7 upgraded to 10 4+gb ram a shady server gpu mine had a FirePro 4800 and it played minecraft with over 60 frames even played ftb and such without a problem
O it was a quad core with hyperthreading so 8 cores @3ghz and upgraded the gpu now it plays gta rust and such with 28-55 fps battle front was good fps need for speed was 200 range so yea all in all 300 + a ssd is a pretty good for a budget computer and after that I upgraded to 980ti sli so yea running triple monitor any game above 144hz
