Corsair RM Series 750 Watt ATX/EPS 80PLUS Gold-Certified

My reason for this upgrade? Compatibility.
I'm a Youtuber so when I made my system I thought I would be ready record and start off my channel. But I wasn't, Dxtory (My recording software) refuses to work on Driver version 14.X on the R9 280. It works OK on 13.12 but there is a noticeable performance decrease and sometimes lag.
I use Sony Vegas to edit my videos and render them, and its almost the same thing. On driver 14.X there are many crashes while editing or rendering. If I'm lucky I can render out an 8 minute video. On driver 13.12 the GPU just refuses to work with Sony Vegas, so I am relying on my weak FX 6300 to render my videos. I had this EXACT same issue on my HD 7770 I used to have >:|

I am just done with AMD that is all.
The drivers are doing nothing but causing issues.
CPU is very weak.
Also I am using an SSD on a Sata II motherboard so that isn't doing much.
not only that but I bought a windows 8 key and windows 8 doesn't work on my Mobo very well.

Now, about that upgrade.
The programs I use are:
Sony Vegas
Adobe After Effects
Dxtory
I also do a lot of multitasking. Like having Windows Explorer and Chrome and Sony Vegas open all at the same time while switching from one to another.

Will those parts I have listed do? If you think I should get a different Mobo, GPU ext please let me know.
