i had this computer for at least half a year. lately, nvidia control panel has not been updating the last drivers up to date and its been "not available" sort of speak. i been watching youtube and the screen just massively tears. when i play LOL "League Of Legends" the graphics up to the standard but I noticed some of the characters would disappear time to time. sometimes i would magically jump through space, i believe my frames are skipping. please help me out.

what i have done in the past to my computer?
installed a lot of games but uninstalled.
upload photos and download tons of music.
i used 100% sterile alcohol wipes to clean the dust inside my tower
update it often

problems or issues? Should i replace or make any changes to my build???
low wattage?? motherboard?? compatibility?? energy/data distribution?? input/output values?? enough/ too much??

my current specs
Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155
G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB ACX (600 watt required)
SeaSonic 660W ATX12V / EPS12V

any questions? I will try my best to answer clearly. thank you all.
