how do i check when my computer was last connected to the internet

well the title says it all. i just want to know if theres a way to find out on which date and time was my pc(laptop) last connected with the internet

any help would be highly appriciated :)
oh yea and i wanna know when the pc was last connected to the internet not last used as in opening pages and stuff

thanks for the reply. also tell me if the pc was connected to the internet only once and updates were checked and after that it did not connect to it for 1 year. will windows update still tell me that it checked for an update 1 year ago or it doesnt keep track for that long

Yes, look at the attached images. Those date/timestamps won't change unless the computer connects to the Internet again and communicates with the relevant service successfully.

If it is indeed possibly as long as a year ago tha tthe computer last connected to the Internet, I'm not sure that there will be an event in the event log to indicate that.

You can ask on the Microsoft forums if there are people that knows a definitive event that would indicate successful Internet connection.

I do know that Windows will always try and connect to a Microsoft server to check Internet connectivity. I just don't remember how to locate that event. Also the time service will connect to a Microsoft NTP server regularly.
