MotherBoard: Asus Z97-c

I checked the cpu usage and temp in IDLE with MSI afterburer and i found THIS

If you had this PC for a while, chances are, dust has collected on it and is collecting in the fans. This'll make your PC hot, which then will throttle your hardware to reduce heat production. Try cleaning it out.

I checked the pc, i had almost no dust... where i live the climate got hot (like 35c) out of nohing and the pc has been on for 7 days... ¿could it be that?

Amount of days it's on shouldnt matter. I've kept my laptop on for longer (by accident). But a restart might help, since it'll refresh your RAM.

No. Shouldn't be that high on idle. Normal idling should be around 30C. You might want to check that thermal paste on your CPU. Make sure nothing went wrong with it.
