Got this showing up about 20 minutes ago after pulling it out of sleep. Last BSOD I had was half a year ago, under similar conditions (computer had been left sleeping for more than an hour to several hours). Memtest and Windows Memory Diagnostic have been run since this has been built, and both passed my RAM (I only ran Memtest overnight so it only did 3 or 4 passes. It's 16GB memory, to do 8 would take far too long and I need this computer to work on). Doing a bit of searching on the web pointed to a possibly bad driver or piece of software trying to access memory without getting permission first. I know in the past my PCI network adaptor has caused some odd issues (taking an age to actually start safe mode with networking). Only new recent software worth mentioning is IO Bits Uninstaller and CCleaner. Both have cleaned out the registry a few times since being put on here.

I'm not overly concerned about what just happened, because as a whole reliability has been bullet proof apart from the other day where it decided to reboot when I wanted to log in o_O

Given all that ^
What might it be???

EDIT: Recent hardware changes: New PSU and GPU back in early to mid August. I can leave my computer on for three days straight and have no issues. Ask it to sleep and it freaks out. Seems to have a case of insomnia :p

Also, I saw when it had rebooted, IO Bits said auto-cleanup complete which meant it was busy during sleep mode. Could that have been the cause?

How many passes? I might still have memtest somewhere. Last time about 4 passes took all night :/

EDIT: I already have the newest drivers. The only thing running an old driver is my network adapter. RAM has been tested by both Memtest and Windows. Both passed it
