So, yesterday some videos on youtube were kind of pixeling or something like that. (dont know how to describe it) and some games had weird graphic glitches, i thought that thats just some glitch and after minimizing the game some of them disappeared. And today I have the same situation..videos and games are glitching but nothing else.

Here are the situation:

Could it be video cards. fault or something like that? My pc is pretty clean, there are no dust or anything like that, just checked and cleaned it.

Solution
The most likely causes are either an incompatible Video Driver or overheating on the Graphics Card.

Download GPU-Z, MSI Afterburner or a similar program to allow you to monitor your GPU's temperature during gaming / intensive applications.

Anything over about 75°c could be notable, with anything over 80°c potentially impacting the lifespan of the component. MSI Afterburner can let you manipulate your GPU Cooler's fan-speeds to lower the card's temperatures somewhat, if you deem them too high.

You should also try a clean driver install of the latest (non-Beta) drivers available from the manufacturer's website.

You can cleanly remove the previous drivers by going to Control Panel > System > Device...

You can further remove programs associated with the driver bundle by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Add / Remove Programs and deleting any programs associated with your Graphics Card.

Download the latest drivers, reboot, install them and reboot again.
