How do i overclock using 5-way optimization.

Hello, i just bought a Asus Z97-A motherboard, Intel core I5 4690K, Cooler Master 212 Evo, and 8GB of G-Skill 2400 DDR3 ram, and i am wondering about how to overclock using 5-way optimization, and if i need to switch any of the physical switches on the mobo to achieve the best results.

AI Suite looks to be improved over the Z77 series motherboards which i am still on.. If it is anything like it's predecessors, UEFI manual overclock is the best way to go. Other than that I have very little to add about 5 way Optimization.
