okay so basically i got a graphics card a couple of months ago and uninstalled my motherboard graphics while on graphic card display so now i wanna get a new graphics card but how would i install drivers maybe on current gpu display and my gpu doesn't boot into bios the screen comes on when it comes on log on menu plz help

You need to plug the cable in below where the graphics card is. I would assume people figured that out by now.

You should be able to install drivers even on current GPU. Or you can uninstall the current drivers first, your GPU should display even without the driver. What GPU do you have and what are you trying to upgrade to?

Not if he shut it down in the BIOS. And as soon as he installed the graphics card into the PC, the dedicated card will automatically take precedence with visual output unless specifically specified differently by the user in the BIOS.

its easy, just as your first dedicated GPU, just plug and play, most motherbords dont need any change in BIOS, it happends outo mostly, if not, as you are using a GPU the change is already.
first you will need to disable your actual drivers, there are some programsthat can help (i'll put a link when i get home).

then istall your new GPU, plug in the monitor cable, windows must recognize it as a generic GPU so you can now intall the new drivers (download the newest drivers befor any change)

the most important is to disable correctly the old drivers if not you could have some issues
