Is my CPU and GPU temp Normal ?

My CPU i7 3770 non k gets 70 c and gpu Asus 280x Top too gets 70c while playing AC4 .but during idle my cpu gets 35 c and gpu get 40 c. I have installed CM 212 HYPER x . Is the CPU temp and GPU temp normal as intel wrote TCASE 67 c for my cpu . Help.

Yes your temps are ok.
As long your cpu doesn't get to sustained 80C, the temps are ok.
As long your gpu doens't go over sustained 85C, you should be fine.

But max cpu is 67 c and i have installed 212x. Is this ok with this cooler for my i7 3770
