Do I need another fan or I am fine? My goal is for my PC not to be noisy or hot. (Does my power supply come with a fan?)

your airflow should be fine with that case. I would get an evo 212 instead for the fan its cheaper and has great cooling. or an h50/h100... but that's just my opinion

I'd put a side intake fan to blow cold air to your video card. And yes, your power supply comes with a fan built in.

mostly optional but a side case fan is cheap
