I have a server that has two printers it shares over the domain, I noticed in the event log two events are being listed back to back Event ID 10 and 13.

The event id 10 description is:
Document 203, Doc Name.xlsx owned by USER was printed on SHARP MX-B201 PCL6 via port IP_10.X.X.200. Size in bytes: 247778; pages printed: 41

The event id 13 description is:
Document 203, Doc Name.xlsx owned by USER was deleted on SHARP MX-B201 PCL6.

The problem I am having is the printers will act up and need to be powered cycled to work again.

I have setup printers on other server but I have never seen the 13 ID could this be causing the problem? Is the server deleting the print job before the printer can process the job?
The server is running SBS 2003 SP 2.

I have been doing some reading on this and I have come across people with the same issue that the server is deleting the print job before it even makes it to the printer. Is there some way to change the timeout for when the server deletes a print job?
