Hiya guys,

Could anyone suggest a gpu card that's best suited for my needs, I plan on a 3 monitor setup, 1080p gaming on ultra and possibly future sli, oh and I need 4gb because of future games demanding more vram like bf4, BTW i prefer nvidia over Amd because people tell me they are u reliable cards, I've been looking for at 760 4gb by msi and asus but maybe you guys could help me out with any that I have missed, and my budget is under £250 or $350
Thanks in advance fellas!!

Solution
R9-290 4GB

It's $349 + 15% off w/ promo code RMNEXSAVE15

Would play anything at ultra 1080p at the moment. Four gigs of vram for multi monitor set-ups and would work well at higher resolutions, especially with the add of an additional card in crossfire. Aside from this I'd definitely wait on the 900 Nvidia series, then see just how far higher level cards drop in price.

As the other people have said, the 900 series (Nvidia 970 and 980) is being announced tomorrow according to the rumors. Even though these two cards are out of your price range in all likelihood, they may cause other price adjustments. I would wait until next week to make a choice.

with that budget you won't be satisfied with nvidia. AMD is best atm with price/performance. the gtx 760 with 4gb is a waste of money. get the r9 290 or wait untill nvidia unleashes their new generation and hope for pricedrops on older cards.
