Are these components alright to build for a Gaming PC? And will it be able to play the latest games? Also, is there any components you think you would recommend that would be able to lower the price tag a little?

I forgot to check currency converter, but I think I brought you in under budget with a mildly better gaming pc build.

Assuming your primary use if not entirely for this tower is gaming, then we can edge out the i7 factor initially saving you a bit while having the same performance. For GPU I opted for the 290X for no other reason than it's comparable to the GTX 780 non TI while giving you an additional GB of VRAM. I'm assuming with this price tag, you'd like this to carry as much weight into the future as possible? Going crossfire with an additional card and 4GB of video RAM, you'll have no issues even at higher resolutions. Also a slightly better cooler as well as an additional SSD are nice options

Want to save money, without losing performance:
Drop the CPU to a 4690K
Motherboard will need to be a Z97
Leave out Sound Card. On Board sound nowadays is really pretty good.
From there, you will have to sacrifice performance. The easiest step would be to reduce the GPU. The GTX 770 or R9 290 are both very good choices for 1080p gaming.

Also, I recommend that you increase PSU to at least 650 watts - Seasonic or XFX is a great choice.
