I intend to use this PC for gaming, web surfing, and paper work. The game i will be playing is World of Warcraft: WoD. I will not be playing other games, this is the only one I'm interested in. Here are the system requirements: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/world-of-warcraft-system-requirements

Now I don't know much about hardware, so i have no idea on what parts are better than others so i am completely relying on responses. One guy gave me a really good build, which i will probably purchase:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($88.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($72.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($53.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB Dual-X Video Card ($188.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Corsair SPEC-02 ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24F1ST DVD/CD Writer ($14.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($86.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $795.91

I don't wanna go near 800$, since i think that is way too much money for the game i will be playing (ideally on high settings). This build looks nice, but please let me know if i should make changes, etc. Maybe I'm overkilling it with some parts?

Also, some guy said i should switch to a better PSU, because the one above is a low tier, based off this list: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

I appreciate all and any input, thanks

What game are you planning to play mainly? Based on the game I can help you.

Normally I would say stick to the i5 that you originally had listed, but if you are only going to be playing WoW then you are probably fine with the FX, as ScrewySqrl suggests, to save money.
However if you think you might ever be upgrading video card in the future and playing some heavier games, I recommend you atleast take the i5 into consideration.

Other than that, looks good to me!
