The bare minimum specs for ArchAge are as follows:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 or AMD Athlon 64 X2
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 2 GB
OS: Windows Vista
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8400 or ATI Radeon HD 4250 or Intel HD Graphics 3000 (512 MB VRAM)
Sound Card: Yes
Free Disk Space: 30 GB

My computers specs are:
AMD A10-6800k apu
8gb ram
win 7
Intergrated radeon hd8670

However I can't seem to run the game even on the lowest settings, characters are all bugged as well as environment. When I installed the new processor I updated all the drivers and the bios but never uninstalled the old ones? which someone told me I needed to do. So my question is would I need to do so? and what else can I do to optimize my pcs performance as it is.

Your system is definitely better than minimum. I would try uninstalling your drivers, and run Ccleaner to take care of any lingering registry files that might be left behind. After that reinstall your drivers. A graphics card upgrade still might be necessary though.
I doubt your PC will run it even well at low settings. Its on the Crytek 3 engine, its got a lot of players as well. If you want better performance spend some money and get a video card. At least a 750ti, it should be playable at 720p on that. Medium settings maybe.

He isn't having a "performance" issue if you read his post carefully. He is having some kind of rendering issue. He is so far over the minimum system requirements to play that game it isn't even funny.

Yeah his PC is better than minimum, still doesnt mean itll play it smoothly or anything close to it. ArcheAge is a pretty beefy game and the 6800k is garbage for high end gaming. I have one in my HTPC, great for that, but lacks overall for gaming.

It is not nearly as bad as you suggest. And it is worlds better than the minimum suggested hardware. "NVIDIA GeForce 8400 or ATI Radeon HD 4250 or Intel HD Graphics 3000"
