pc shuts downs normally after few mins restarts automatically

After shutting the pc down 5 /10 mins it restarts automatically .i did turned off automatic shutdown from my comp --> properties--> advanced tab but the problem is still there.
i have even formatted hd and installed windows twice and also reset the bios
my specs
intel i7 4770k
asrock z87 extreme 6 mobo
8gb ram
2tb hdd [new] problem was there in old one too but it crashed so changed
gtx770 [new]
windows 7

pull the wires off at the motherboard to the power button. Momentarily short the pins to boot your machine to the desktop, then click shutdown. See if the computer shuts down and stays off. If it does, the problem is in the wiring to the power button or the button itself.

If it turns on again, then check in bios for wake on settings. See what is enabled. Post results of test and check in bios. I can give other ideas once you have checked those.
