Yes they will work together. Is this for a gaming pc? If so I would get a better graphics card and switch the CPU to a FX 6300 or 8320. For the ram look into 2x4GB of 1600Mhz and above modules.

Your post would be easier to read if each part was on a new line.
You have chosen a low end graphics card. It is fine if you want medium settings at 1920x1080.
If you want high settings, consider the R9 270X.
If you want ultra settings, consider the R9 280X.

The processor you have chosen is very power hungry and overpriced for its performance in games.
From AMD, the FX-6300 would be a better choice with lower power consumption and a lower price. You won't notice the difference in games.
If you want a faster CPU than this, look at an Intel Core i5, this will mean a different motherboard.

The FX series CPUs support DDR3-1866 memory while the Intel Core i5 supports DDR3-1600 memory.
You can choose higher speed memory if you like and set an XMP profile in the motherboard to use it at the correct speed.
This is overclocking the memory controller in the CPU, but is generally OK up to DDR3-2133.
You can use DDR3-1600, DDR3-1866 or DDR3-2133 with either CPU. The performance difference between these speeds won't be huge.
All these CPUs have dual channel memory controller so choose a kit with two RAM dimms, either 2 x 4GB for a total of 8 GB or 2 x 8GB for a total of 16 GB.

The power supply you have chosen is not the best, tier 3 on the following list:
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su...

Choose tier 2 or higher if you can.
Here are some suggestions:
XFX Pro 550
XFX Core 550
XFX TS 550
Antec HCG 620
Rosewill Capstone 550

These are fine for most of the configurations we have discussed.
If using the FX-8350 with the R9 280X, you will have to choose a higher rated model.
EVGA Supernova G2 750
XFX Pro 650
XFX Core 650
XFX TS 650
Rosewill Capstone 650
