Newly Built Computer Crashing over and over

I have recently built a computer and cant seem to make it usable. Everything is built properly I can promise that. I have 4 ram slots which are all filled because the guy at tiger direct said the problem was that my setup required a quad channel and did not support dual. So after he "fixed" the problem, he said that when I got the extra RAM it would all work. So I got it today and put it into place and start up the computer. I have 4 places to boot from when I check. My SSD, dvd drive, windows disc and some windows setup (which I do not think should exist) that always gives me a error message saying my computer will restart when I click okay. So I click my SSD and I put windows on it again. Now when it ask me what partition to put it on, it says none of them are able to have windows put on them. And yet again, I get a bluescreen while trying to install windows. It seems as if the problem only got worse and he scammed me. This guy does work at Tigerdirect so I will be talking to them. But now I am asking you, what can be the problem?

Hardware-
Intel 4770K CPU
Asus Maximus VII Formula
EVGA 780 SC with ACX cooler GPU
G.Skill Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 (x2)
Samsung 500GB 840 EVO SDD
Corsair 850W RM PSU

So yes all my Ram slots are filled, my CPU in bios is reading 29C so it is being cooled properly. Having watched a months worth of computer building I know it is built properly. I am going to bring the computer to Tigerdirect in the morning if we can't find a solution tonight. Just to clarify, when I did have windows installed, it would even crash in safe mode. The computer can only last 2-5 minutes without crashing. Of Course in bios it is fine. So honestly I have been stuck scratching my head. Please state any possible problem and solution, I can use all the help I can get, thank you.
Also, almost every time I get the blue screen, the computer freezes for about 10 seconds.

The idiot is in the wrong profession

I've never heard of a mobo needing 4 sticks just to run it

It does support dual channel

4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 3300(O.C.)/3200(O.C.)/3100(O.C.)/3000(O.C.)/2933(O.C.)/2800(O.C.)/2666(O.C.)/2400(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1600/1333 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory

Dual Channel Memory Architecture

What does the bluescreen say?? And what version of windows are you trying to install?

I am trying to install Windows 7 Professional 64Bit (OEM). I can not get the blue screen at this point because I can not even install windows. This guy did not check the system before telling me it was all good. I am not paying him next time.

Do you want to try and reinstall windows again? If its still playing up? Did you get windows 7 from tiger direct as well? or from somewhere else?

How exactly did you install windows. Since this mobo supports UEFI I would enable it and disable secureboot. I dont think Win7 supports it. Then change the bootdisk to DVD. Chuck the DVD in save settings. Reboot. Wait for it to say press a key. Get to the setup. Will it install now?

Honestly the ram is not even a problem at this point, windows has already been downloaded on my SSD but can not be accessed and when I try installing it now it says that the partition is if GPT style and can not be installed on the disk.

New to this forums did see the reply, read up please. And I did find it weird when he said that was the issue, although all the sticks are running at 1333mhz by defult. He knew I was not buying the ram from tigerdirect so he was not trying to get money.

I can not even install windows due to my SSD not being GPT partition style. Honestly I may just return the ssd for a new one and start that over. This guy installed windows on it already but every time I try to access it, it says something like, Windows has encountered and error, please click okay to restart the computer and the installation.
I have also noticed it being a 500GB SSD, It has a max of 465 or something but nearly 40 of them are used making me think he was downloading drivers and such. So I don't know if this problem came up after he "fixed" it. Although, something is clearly on the drive.

I did find secure boot, the only way to disable it ways to completely delete it. However for UEFI, I can not find any settings for that.

To be clear if I do find and select UEFI, it will change the format of the SSD?
