Like I said, I highly recommend the Noctua nh-u14s. It is the top rated fan cooler on the market, and dramatically reduces temperatures. It is expensive though. It is also very big, make sure it can fit in your case if you get it.
does it sit there at idle? or when you play games? What is the ambient temperature of the room? what type of cooler do you have and who installed the cooler?

i use the stock cooler is that good? and that is the temperature when i play games and watching twitch streams etc
That's actually a bit over average for idle tempts but nothing is wrong with it. Temps of 90 degreees celcius and above is something to be worried about as it can cause damage to the cpu.
If you are worried about it, you could always buy a new cpu cooler, whether it's fan cooled or liquid cooled its up to you. I personally have a Noctua nh-u14s and I love it. I believe it is the best if not one of the best air coolers on the market right now.

i made a thread the other day about fans and do you have any suggestions on a good cpu cooler for a lga1150 mobo?
