Hello, I have the following pre-built desktop: http://bit.ly/1wJZrMF

I was wondering if I would be able to upgrade the current GPU to this one: http://bit.ly/1qPhLl5
without any extra parts/hassle needed?

Also, I can not live without my dual monitors and I was wondering how I can set that up with this graphics card?

The GTX750ti is very power efficient and should work fine.
It needs only a 300w psu.

The card has dvi hdmi and displayport outputs.
You may need an adapter, but you can connect both monitors without performance issues.

Would it work ok with the Motherboard that is currently in the desktop?

You only need a pcie x16 graphics card slot.
Your link does not provide that spec, but every modern motherboard has at least one.
The photos on the link show that you have such a slot.
Perhaps the only caveat is to check that your power supply can deliver 300w.
