Will an Orion HP585D PSU run a R9 280 or R9 270x?

Hello, I wanted to know if an Orion Model No: HP585D will run a R9 280 or R9 270x. It says it's 585 watts and has the following sticker specs.

3.3V - 36A
+5V - 36A
+12V1 - 19A
+12V2 - 20A
-12V - 1A
+5Vsb - 2A

It has 8GB DDR2 Ram, with a Phenom II X6 1045T Processor.

I hear an R9 280 takes about 25A on the 12V rail so I don't know if I am able to add the two 12V rails for 39A or not.

I fully understand this PSU should be replaced with something better, but these are the facts for now.

That's an EXTREMELY poor PSU, as seen here:

Serious recommendation is that you don't use it for anything more than powering a lightbulb, if that. Probably not even that. Seriously. You are taking a serious chance using that with your expensive card. Read and watch the following just for your knowledge and so you understand why I say that.
