My 2 questions in this thread sort of go together. The monitor size will probably have an effect on the game in question's performance.

Is the XFX radeon r9 280 3gb black edition double dissipation video card a good card for playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 on high settings?

I would like advice with monitors. (Yes, I read the monitor thread)

1. What Is Your Country Of Origin?
USA

2. What do you plan to do with this monitor? (ex. Games, Movie Watching, Photo Editing, etc.)
Gaming

3. What resolution and screen size do you want?
Doesn't really matter as long as it looks decent. About 22-25"

4. What refresh rate do you want? (ex. 60 hz , 70 hz.)
Doesn't matter as long as it will work good.

5. How much are you looking to spend?
$100. If a good monitor is more, let me know

6. Brands Preferred (ex. Samsung, Acer, Asus, AOC, HP, Viewsonic, etc. )
No preference

7. Brands Not Preferred (state reason why)
No preference

8. Are You Buying More Than One Monitor?
No

9. How Many Displays Can Your GPU Support Maximum? And what GPU and driver version are you using if applicable?
6 monitors are supported, The gpu is listed above.

10. What Port Do You Want To Connect To (ex. DVI-D, HDMI, etc).
HDMI preferred but any will do

11. Is This Monitor A Primary Display Or A Secondary Display?
Primary

12. Is This A Secondary Display For A Laptop?
No

Sorry about the lengthy thread

You won't get a good 22" monitor for $100. A decent model starts at about $140 unless you get a used one.

This is an OK model http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009437

This is a good one for the price http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001796

If you want extra nice colors and viewing angles, an IPS screen is great and is not bad for gaming http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009484 Won't be as good as a $200+ IPS monitor but still decent.

Mainly the cheaper models come with flimsy stands so if you want a solid stand with swivel, tilt and height adjustment you will be paying 20-30 more.
