for low budget take the Hyper 212 EVO for high budget take the H80i or H100i
but be care that air cooling with large size (like Noctua D15) will make no space for RAM's Heat Spreader :)

+1 for the Hyper 212 evo. Although if available get the CM Hyper 212X as its smaller, newer and from what I've seen gives better performance. Using one now on my FX-8350.

From the looks of it the Hyper 212X will fit fine. It is a NZXT Phantom 240 right?

yep that's the one. I don't see it on pcparts canada so I doubt i'll be able to get it but will keep searching.
