What is your budget and power supply?

Depending on the power supply, I'd recommend upgrading the graphics card first, and if necessary, the power supply as well. Secondly, I'd recommend upgrading the processor. Depending on your budget, I'd look for an AMD FX 63xx/83xx series processor or if possible, a swap over to the Intel platform.

its 100% that weak GPU, the GTX 610 is the lowest card in that now couple generation old series. a 660/760/270x would be leaps and mounds and miles beyond the current GPU. Next i would look into overclocking the FX CPU which means look into a decent 20-30$ air cooler.
