We have two internet connection in our office, lets take it as A and B. When A is down it will automatically swaps into B to produce continuous connection. My question is how to test internet speed of these two connection without swapping. I know we can test one at a time.

It depends on your routers abilities if you can actually run both at the same time. You could I suppose send the traffic over ISP A if you are testing from pc xx and over ISP B if you test from pc yy. If you just wanted to change just the one site back and forth you likely could tell the router to just swap that single destination IP by changing a route. You would still have to manually swap that but it would not swap the complete connection.
It really depends what option the router gives you some are pretty stupid they only know on/off.
