Its a little tricky as I'm your classic lazy Aussie and I don't know any of the online retailers in maple land but I would suggest if your dead set on the prebuilt idea to save an extra $100 and grab something like these examples.

If you don't mind me saying so, it would seem like your on a bit of a budget (as are we all...) I would strongly recommend you reconsider a self build as you will get better components, more suited to your needs and all at a lower price. Its as easy as buttering bread as well.

just build on your own
get :

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core ($119.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43 ATX AM3+ ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 ($71.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM ($55.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB ($119.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid ($39.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX ($44.99 @ NCIX US)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer ($14.99 @ NCIX US)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit) ($84.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $621.79

While I would say that building your own is better in almost every way and easier than making breakfast I have seen some really decent pre-built pc's that only cost slightly more than a 'build your own' system.

What do you need it for? Its not the best for gaming or video/photo editing but it looks like it will connect to the internet... so that's a plus. lol

I don't mean any offence, It's just my sense of humour... :)

I want to do entry level gaming, I don't care for BF4 on ultra settings. I'll prob be be playing CS:GO TF2, Maybe Skyrim. And if I can I got bf3 for free on origin. So yeah.

then get it.
and upgrade to 750 ti.

Would I have to do anything else? Sush as upgrading the psu or something. Or can I just rip out the r7 250 and put a 750 ti in?

IMNSHO the gpu is shit and the manufacturer knows this so they are trying to offload it in a prebuilt. The CPU is fine and even better with a modest OC. RAM is good. PSU is ok but not great. Do you know the brands of the individual parts? (I don't use NewEgg, do they list them somewhere on the page?)

They are definitely trying to get rid of an old gpu... sneaky buggers.

I think the psu is a cooler master one because in the photo album they show a picture of the insides and the psu appears to have the cooler master logo on. Also what is I upgraded the gpu to a 750 ti? Would it be any good then

Ah I see. Can you swap out parts in the prebuilt with that online vendor or would you be buying the prebuilt and then buying the 750? If its the latter then you are edging closer to a self build mindset and you might be better searching/waiting for a better suited prebuilt with the components you want.

I would be buying the 750 separately. Can you recommend another prebuilt that would better fit my needs? I have 700 dollars for the computer with about 75 dollars for shipping and warranties etc...
EDIT: I forgot to mention I live in canada and thus need canadian prices. And also I don't plan to upgrade the gpu right away but somewhere down the line
