Hello, I recently got a new monitor and mouse after nearly 1 year without staying on my pc. I recently noticed that my PSU fan sometimes does not spin. When it is not spinning I tend to turn it off from the power supply button, so it could stop instantly and prevent any damage to my computer. However, sometimes the fan DOES spin and everything is okay. It stopped spinning like a few days ago after 1 week or so of working prefectly. And now it doesn't spin anymore, I turned off my pc now only from the shutdown button (Windows 7). By the way, buying a new psu is not really an option for me just yet. Here are my specs:
AMD Athlon 64 2X 500+
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
2GB DDR2 Ram
That's all I know about it, sadly. If anyone can help me please respond. I'll try and see what model my psu is and i'll tell.
