Booting issues on a ROG board

Hello everyone,
Starting about a month ago my PC started having booting issues - sometimes it doesn't wake from sleep, and rarely it doesn't boot at all. Also, these error are not persistent - sometimes they appear more often, and sometimes they become much more rare.
Whenever this happens, it is solved by shutting the PC down and trying again after a minute or so.
The board displays a Q-code error -00.
Other than that, though, everything's working fine, which is strange.
I've tried various sleep mode troubleshooting and double checked everything's connected, with no luck.
Can anyone help me solve this?
Thanks.

My specs:
ASUS Maximus VI Gene motherboard
Core i5 - 4670k (Overclocked, tested stable)
MSI GTX 760
Seasonic ECO 550w PSU
Corsair XMS3 RAM, running on XMP.

At first, I thought so too, but there's a catch - everything does work, and after a second attempt, the system does boot.
It recently got to a point where the error hapens every boot - whether waking from sleep or booting up.
I flashed the BIOS (same version, same settings) and now it happens rarely (one of every 12 or so boots).
So, could it still be a hardware problem? because in all other cases I've read about the system didn't boot. At all.

Tried removing the overclock and it did go away. However, I don't think it's a stability issue because I heavily tested the system and it's been rock stable for several months now. Is there else I can try ?
Thanks

Hi everyone,
For anyone interested, I managed to solve the issue by flashing the BIOS again with no unnecessary services running.
For some reason the first version was messed up and flashing it fixed it.
Thank you for your help, though!
