i5 with new motherboard or only geforcegtx 760

my current specs:
cpu- core 2 duo (which i don't wanna change if i buy gpu)
gpu- nvidia geforce gt520(whichi don't wanna change if i buy i5)
motherboard- asus P5QPL-AM SERIES
PSU- 450 (I WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE IF I BUY GRAPHIC CARD)

I CAN'T BUY ALL THE THINGS -CPU,GPU,MOTHERBOARD CZ THEN IT WOULD BE OUT OF MY BUDGET RS.22,000

I would get the GTX760, that would give you the best increase in GAMING performance.

Your motherboard supports the latest CPUs for the LGA775 platform, so go for a second-hand C2Q (Q9xxx, Q8xxx or Q6xxx, from the best downwards), the PSU and the GTX760. If still too steep, go for an 750Ti instead of 760, for 1/2 of the performance.
