tryed running sli now my cards playing up

ok so i had a 780ti i got another one i put them in sli i run the valley benchmark and it was frotaling so i took one of the cards out until i can get a better power supply but now the card i had in in the first place is frotaling as well on the benchmark where it dident befor eny ides?
the first card i have is factory overclocked the second one isent
i have a EVGA super nova 850 watt G2

Your CPU fan is running a bit too slow. Bump it up another 500rpm.

Everything seems OK.

If you're getting screen flickering, then I'm suspecting it's a graphics card problem.

Try a different monitor and cable.
Try it in another PC
Try another card in your PC.

Everything there looks OK.

Do a checkdisk on your drives and a virus scan eg avast, malwarebytes

Look in Control Panel Device manager and check all the devices are working and their drivers are up to date.

How do you know its throttling? It wouldn't throttle unless it got too hot. And your GPU is only running at 29C.

Maybe run Sensors while your running unigine.

scan was all clear drivers are all up to date every think is working when i run the valley benchmark wight marks keep flickering all over the screen ill run the test now and send the pics in abit once its been running for abit
