I've been researching for about two months on eye candy and such on gaming CPU's, because I plan to buy one. I made a thread earlier but had not considered that I was going to be moving around a lot. I go to university in California, but I go back to Kansas during the summer time because my family lives there so I would need a computer that is able to survive airplane rides. I was looking at many mITX cases and decided on the Silverstone Raven (although feel free to suggest any other mITX cases that you feel would be better). I also looked at EVGA's Hadron Air, although it is a bit pricey. It has a smaller footprint and would fit in my backpack that I could very carefully take care of in airplane rides. I do not like those square cube form factor mITX cases as they wouldn't fit in my onboard luggage bag or fit as my carry on.

I do not plan to overclock presently nor do I in the future. I plan to game on ONLY 1920x1080p, I plan to have TWO monitors although only plan to game on one, is that possible? Like, game on one but have my other monitor on chrome or other programs/show desktop. I mostly play League of Legends and TERA Online and plan to play "next-gen MMORPGs" at ultra settings. I use Photoshop regularly to do graphic art/design (NOT 3D stuff), but I doubt that would be a problem since my current craptop can handle PS. I just want the best bang for my buck really, and to be able to game seriously on ULTRA settings while being able to move my computer around for (usually) two airplane rides a year. I will want to be the one handling my computer while on the airplane so that's why I chose to have a mITX form factor and have it as carry-on or in my backpack/suitcase.

My price range is I want to hit is $1,200 including peripherals.
I made this build here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/k4jKnQ
It's possible to buy cheaper 23" 1080p monitors on ebay or craigslist (like for half the price), would you guys advise against it or say go for it? Any cheap refurbished monitor site?

I know the AMD processors are cheaper but yield a much higher temp and for a mITX build, I heard that's really bad. I also heard about the intel anniversary g3258 OCing to 4.5+gHZ, would you recommend that with a cheap air cooler or closed liquid cooler and cheap OCable h81 or h87 asus MOBO(i've heard they can OC the g3258 from Linus)? But I wasn't sure if any of those chips would bottleneck the GPU or anything along those lines.

Alright, I think that's about it. Thanks for giving my any feedback or advice and thanks for reading this long post. Please ask me any questions if you have any!

Don't you think having two monitors defeats the purpose of portability? Or aren't the monitors travelling?

Why such an expensive (but not so good) power supply? Try Seasonic M12II 620 $74 @Newegg.

You don't want to OC anything in a micro cage. You'll cook everything. Same with getting a low tdp graphics card eg nVidia say GTX760.

You wont get an amd mini itx board anyways so you are going for intel. It is definitely possible to run two monitors and game on one thats what I do. Instead of the windforce card you might be better off with a blower style cooler that exhausts air out of the case instead of into the case as that is a small case. AN nvidia card may also be better with a lower tdp as less heat is good, the nvidia stock coolers are quiet and exhaust most of the heat out of the case
