I have already tried pressing F2, F12, ESC, DEL etc. but when i do this the monitor will stay in sleepmode, I think the computer enters the BIOS but my monitor just wont display it. can anyone help me with this?

It is connected from the GPU to the monitor via a HDMI cable. Ive tried plugging the HDMI into the moherboard but makes no difference. Would changing to a DVI cable make any difference?

It wont work if you plug it into the onboard video, you have to remove the GPU first. Since that disables onboard if you install one

I would try the other 2 connectors on the GPU if the monitor has all 3 connectors. If none of them work then the card maybe faulty. You may have to use the onboard video

The one you've installed. Does it need power? If it does did you connect the PCI-E connectors to it?

Did it work before now?
