SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bluescreen problem

Hello ..

i bought a new pc 4 months ago and customized it myself
i have been having many blue screens often times and one of the problems is service exception

i installed windows 7 then 8.1 then got to 7 again and i still get blue screens
like there are other messages other than service exception but i would like to solve one of them at least and don't know how

i would love your help please and thank you
if i'm suppose to share something i'll appreciate if you tell me what and how ..

If you can still get into it get the dmp files in C:\windows\minidump zip them then upload them somewhere. Post the link here

i got into the file now but it's empty .. is that normal ?

No but if you use ccleaner it'll remove them

i have Advanced System Care , maybe it removes it as well ? , if it needed to know what the problem is , then maybe i just wait for the next blue screen ? hopefully it won't be one of the different issues though ..

fileinfo.sys is crashing. It maybe corrupt. I would check for errors. Run command prompt as admin, type in sfc /scannow.

You could try driver verifier as well, but this can stuff things up sometimes. I would also uninstall Isodrive to rule this out

And the steel series drivers, if you dont need their drivers to run whatever device this is for

i just use iso to mount CD's you know , and i have a steelseries mouse and a headset so i'm keeping the engine for them , but if they're making issues i will remove them

Windows 8, and 8.1 can mount ISO's natively. You right mouse on the ISO and mount it. When you want to remove it you right mouse on the ISO and eject it

if i format my win 7 and install 8.1 , would that solve the problem ?

No probs but if you get corrupt files again or the same stop error. The hdd maybe failing. And you'll have to replace it to fix it

it would be depressing to have problems with the SSD especially that i bought it 3 months ago ... i tried 8.1 before the 7 i have now but i wasnt sure of the source , but now i'l probably try an original validated trusted one and hope for the best ...

there is a firmware update review dated at (1/30/14)

Dbl click on the hard drive in device manager. Click on details tab change it to hardware ids. What does it say here? The bit at the end?
