PC upgrade? ddr2 vs dd3 is it worth it?

Should I upgrade my PC?
Its just for fifa 15 on FHD, and internet surfing?
Is it worth it to upgrade from ddr2 to ddr3 just for playing FIFA and internet surfing?
Because I dont have good budget, and I was thinkging about buy second-hand phenom ll and 4GB ddr2 more.

If you can run fifa 15 and the games you want I wouldnt, if the only reason you want to upgrade is for ddr3 ram, just wait a few months until ddr4 comes to the mainsteam level and then upgrade

i know, but i ask should i stay on this system (only FIFA 15, casual gaming, internet surfing) and bought 4GB more ddr2 ram and phenom ll 9**
or buy another mbo, ram, cpu?

look like he/she is on low budget. ddr4 is probably out of the question.

^ hence why i said wait until it becomes mainstream (it may be more than a few months tho). If the pc the op has works fine for his/her needs there is no reason to upgrade. The question sounded like a question of if it was worth upgrading for better ram. ddr4 isnt just out of the question for low budget atm, it is out of the question for most budgets. Hence the suggestion to wait if the only motivation for upgrade was for better ram
