it suddenly started 1 week ago after playing dota 2, it just suddenly lag and even when i close everything, every program it just stuck at 100% cpu usage and scrolling through the page on browser is lagging like hell.
i tried to google for solution and tried
memtest
windows memory diagnostic
scanned with malwarebytes and eset nod32
ran a system restore twice to few months back
Changed the virtual memory
i even try taking out the RAM and putting it back, one of my ram bottom part which is green turned brown probably due to the heat residing around the cpu cooler made it, the gold chip is still in good condition though.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K @ 3.40GHz
CPU cooler: Cooler Master: Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-Z77M-D3H LGA 1155
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage 1: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM HDD
Storage 2: SSD 64gb
Video Card: MSI GTX 670
Power Supply: armaggeddon 750w 80+ silver
