I'm planning to buy a 120/128 GB ssd and im thinking of adata/samsung/crucial one. This is my first time buying an SSD, do i have to buy any other things along with it or just the ssd?
Currently my 5 year old mechanical drive has the power which goes into the drive. Other cable which is the one which goes into drive and onto the motherboard socket.
My motherboard has 3gb/s slots so i think that is Sata ll. Please tell me any cables/mounts i need for the SSD.
Thank you for your time.

3gb is SATA 2, 6gb is SATA 3. The SSD should support SATA 3 (6gb), but will automatically revert to the lower speed in plugged into SATA 2. What other hardware you *may* need depends on your power supply, and your case. If you have the old fashioned molex power connectors, then you will need a conversion cable. If your case does not have the correct mounting hardware to support the smaller drive sizes that SSDs come in, then you are going to need additional mounting hardware as well. BTW: I highly suggest that you think of getting either SanDisk, Intel, or Samsung. Other vendors are very easy to brick.

Has anyone got a good 120 gb ssd deal?
I probably might have to buy sata cable/mounting bracket so i won't mind the bundle offers or just on their own.

Is this a good deal?

That is pretty good but the Samsung EVO is definitely better.
