Help Finding 1440p Display with Displayport 1.3

Hello,

I am trying to find the best deal on a Tv or monitor that supports a resolution of 1440p, I also really want it to support Displayport 1.3 so I can take advantage of Freesync whenever it is finished.

So far I have found these two which don't seem too bad but I cannot find any information on the display connections.

I currently have a 1080p 32" LCD TV from Emerson and a 1050p 22" LCD monitor from Dell I plan to sell to help cover the expense.

Doing some more reading and research, I found anandtech had reviewed similar model of displays to this one above. So I wanted to come back and give a little update to this.

I want it below $400 is my price limit. Having the 1440p resolution is the most important feature to me, DisplayPort 1.3 is the second most important though cause I really want FreeSync.
If displayport 1.3 monitors aren't that cheap yet I might just wait on it. Performance is important, but I can deal with lower than average contrast ratios if these other features are present.
